WHAT IS SURF-FEST?

The Stoke Surf-Fest is located in the Spanish town of Zarautz, close to San Sebastian, on the surf rich Basque coast. 

 

The aim of Surf-Fest... TO SURF BY DAY, AND PARTY BY NIGHT!   Surf-Fest is a continuos summer celebration, with great music, delicious meals, a beautiful location and a mix of young people from all parts of the globe.

 

By day we will teach you to surf (if you need it - we cater for experienced surfers too).  Or work on the tan. Or partake in beach games. In the evening its time to chill out at the the campsite, dive in to our buckets of sangria, or raid our beer fridge. By night there is more beers and sangria at the campsite, a hearty and delicious dinner, before hitting the bars.   

 

For individuals, or groups.  For beginners, or experienced surfers.

MAKE FRIENDS... Meet other young, relaxed, friendly, surfers or gonna-be surfers. Equally as popular with guys as it is for girls. Great mix for a shit load of fun!

- 7 days: 343€ ! (add. night for 49€)

Make your way to the stunning city of San Sebastian...easily accessed by train and bus from all parts of Spain and France.  Or fly in to the nearby airports of  Bilbao (Spain) or Biarritz (France). Cheap flight companies such as Ryan Air, Easy Jet, Vueling and others fly there. Contact us for info on the best way for you to get to San Sebastian. 

 

There are local trains (Euskotren) every 30 minutes (2€) from San Sebastian (& Bilbao) to Zarautz-San Pelaio where we are located.  

 

* NOTE: The local Euskotren does not depart from the same train station as the national RENFE trains.

SURFING

We can provide a mix of theory and practical instruction for anyone from raw beginners to experienced surfers. We provide great boards and equipment (or you can bring your own) and we've got anything you need to catch the best wave that you can. Our emphasis is always on the fun of surfing, the best surfer in the water is the one having fun...

WHERE WE SLEEP?

We spend the nights at the most wicked campsite along the coast. Located within a short walk from the beach so you can go surfing whenever you want, or go back to the campsite for a siesta (or drink sangria!).  It is on the edge of town so it is just a short walk to the bars of a night, or to do a bit of souvenir shopping.

 

We provide solid 3 birth tents (housing 2 people + luggage) and comfortable mattresses, and sleeping bags.

WHAT WE EAT & DRINK?

We serve you up 3 hearty meals to give you the energy to keep you on the waves, and to line your stomach so you can hit the bars.
Breakfast are generally Continental or French style with baguettes, with some cereals and fruits, juices and coffees to boot... Occasionally we cure the hangover with an tasty Fry-Up!

Dinner is made by our professional chef, who´ll make sure you have a solid base of awesome food, to line your stomach for the night...
VEGETARIANS... we cater for you guys too!
For Drinkers, pay 5€ for UNLIMITED BEER AND SANGRIA!, plundering our Fink Brau Fridge and Sangria pans.
We often head on down to the beach at nights for an impromptu BEACH PARTY.
