THIS IS A COMPETITION THAT WILL SEND YOU ON THE ADVENTURE OF A LIFETIME WHILE ALSO GIVING YOU VALUABLE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WORKING in A FAST-PACED AND FORWARD-THINKING TRAVEL COMPANY – ALL THE WHILE MAKING SURE THAT YOU’RE HAVING THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE. 

We are looking for an adventurous intern to join our team for three months between mid-June to mid-September 2023. You’ll gain experience in all aspects of the youth travel industry from a marketing and operations perspective. Based in Barcelona, you’ll balance work and play, splitting your time between working in the Stoke office (we have a lit rooftop) and partying at our partner festivals. You will be creating marketing content, working on social media projects and getting your hands dirty on-site at our festivals from an operations perspective. It will be a great opportunity for a budding creator to develop their social media skills, or for an established creator to expand their platform with three months of spectacular content. 

THIS IS NOT AN INTERNSHIP WHERE YOU’LL BE MAKING COFFEE. YOU’LL BE HELPING US CHANGE THE FACE OF YOUTH TRAVEL AND HAVING A DAMN GOOD TIME WHILE DOING SO.

From Barcelona, you will travel with the team to Europe’s main cultural festivals, including Spain’s La Tomatina and Germany’s Oktoberfest. You will also travel to bucket-list destinations like San Sebastian and the Basque Coast and have plenty of opportunities to pursue your own travel if you so wish.

IT’S A PRETTY SWEET DEAL, SO WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL INTERN TO BE OUR CHOSEN ONE. WE’RE AFTER SOMEBODY YOUNG (18+) AND FUN, WITH A CREATIVE MIND, AN INTEREST IN TECH AND A PASSION FOR PARTYING. YOU’LL NEED TO PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS, BE TOUGH-SKINNED, OPEN-MINDED, FLEXIBLE, A LITTLE BIT WILD, AND A HELL OF A LOT ADVENTUROUS.
