Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

We’re entering a new era at Stoke Travel, and we’re looking for a visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead us into it. The CRO will be tasked with rebuilding our commercial strategy, growing revenue streams, and overseeing marketing, sales, and partnerships. This is an opportunity to steer our growth, ensure profitability, and amplify Stoke’s reach across Europe and beyond. We’re looking for a special kind of leader — someone who can drive change and embrace growth while holding on to the essence of what makes Stoke Travel so unique: spontaneous adventures, affordable and accessible travel experiences, and a strong community. We need a go-getter who can deliver results in a fast paced customer-facing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and develop our marketing and sales teams, aligning them with our revenue goals.
Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability across all business units.
Expand revenue streams, including digital, experiential, and partnership opportunities.
Analyze market data and trends to refine pricing, product offerings, and customer acquisition strategies.
Foster long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, guiding the company’s overall direction.

WHAT YOU BRING:

A proven track record of driving revenue growth in dynamic, fast-paced environments—experience in travel, lifestyle, festival, or youth-focused industries is a huge plus.
A background in marketing and sales, with a creative and data-driven approach.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments.
A growth mindset with a passion for building and scaling innovative revenue strategies.
