Surf Camp Volunteer + Paid Opportunities

Join our Surf Camp CREW in 2025

From March through to October, our Surf House in San Sebastian is home to a revolving door of characters from all walks of life – kooks, beach bums, yogis, sesh gremlins, shredders – all looking for a good time in the Basque country side, and swells of Zarautz beach. Despite all our Surf House has going for it, our crew is what keeps people coming back, extending their stay, or choosing to volunteer themselves.

We’re also opening our *brand new Portugal location* in Santa Cruz at the start of May, and are in urgent need of crew to come help us! You can get in on the ground level of something beautiful and help us build this baby up in its inaugural year.

We’re looking for:

Surf guides
Chefs
Drivers
Yoga Instructors
Receptionists (Spanish or Portuguese speakers)
The above are all paid positions, but we need general legends who can clean a toilet, change a keg, and/or demonstrate how to crack a walnut with their head and convince guests its a Basque tradition in exchange for board, 3 meals a day, and bottomless booze!
