Bad Yogis Surf Package

Basque Country, Spain

1 June - 30 September

We love yoga, hiking in the national park and meditation in the tranquil basque fields, but we’d be lying if we said we didn’t enjoy a sangria and a boogie as well. If this sounds like you if you’re anything like us, we’re not going to make you choose between your two loves. Our yoga package invites you to expand your practise, escape into some truly beautiful natural surrounds, surf some great waves and also enjoy some nightlife and a few beverages with new friends.

This is your holiday, so you have the option of making it as chilled or as action packed as you like. We provide a lively social environment where making friends is inevitable. Everything is taken care of for you, from your meals, to your transport to the beach, and awesome nights out. Our Yoga alliance certified instructors will help you to get the most out of your practise. Yoga is not about levels here, so no matter whether you’re new to the mat or head standing in your sleep, everyone is welcome.

Our instructors teach varying styles of yoga based on the energy levels of the class and the time of day. There is also guided meditations to attend and adventure yoga classes with breathtaking views in secret spots that you’ll remember forever. Our off-the-beaten-track location gives you the perfect opportunity to get some space.

These are the things that will make this an unforgettable experience for you.

Location – There’s few places quite like your new home in the basque hills. Lush green national park and beautiful spanish beaches are only a 10 minute drive for sunny days spent swimming and surfing.

Atmosphere – the vibe, the energy, whatever you want to call it, we can guarantee that it will make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. There’s always someone new to chat to as we have both solo and group travellers from all corners of the world. Finding yourself sitting and enjoying a chat, sunset or beer with 20 open minded people all of different ages and nationalities is very much the norm here.

  • So what should we bring?
Beachwear, something to party in, something warm for the night times, a towel, sunscreen and your camera!

Can I come and have a beer if I’m under 18?
Unfortunately our drinking age is 18 for the Stoke Surfari, wait a few years brother.

What will the surf be like?
We are no water gods and cannot predict the swell, however we will seek out the best breaks for all different levels in the crew.

Do I need to be a gnarly shredder to come on the trip?
Not at all! You can literally come on the tour if you have never set foot on a surfboard, but you probably want to be able to swim. We have super rad instructors who will choose the appropriate board and wave for you, start to finish.
