8:00-8:30am – Meet at the Clapham Grand OR the Wimbledon Slug to check in and grab your Breakfast and Bubbly (check which tickets you booked!). If you would like to catch the All Blacks vs Lions game you will need to check in early (from 7:30am) in order to reserve your spot on the later buses.
9am – Buses leave for Ascot
10:30-11:30am – All buses arrive at Ascot. Grab a good picnic spot and crack open the bubbly!
5:35pm – Last race of the day. Head to the marquees for live music and a boogie.
6.30pm – Buses leave for afterparty at Wimbledon Slug

Check in: Clapham Grand OR Wimbledon Slug (check your tickets!) between 8:00am and 8:30am where we will be providing you with your breakfast and more importantly your first (of many) free drinks. For the Kiwis amongst you the All Blacks v Wales Rugby international will be on the big screens (arrive early to allow for watching the game)
Our awesome Routemaster bus will leave from Clapham Junction (Grant Road exit) and the Wimbledon Slug at 9am.

What time and from where does the bus leave?
Clapham pick up: Clapham Junction (Grant Road exit) at 9am. Meet at 8:00-8:30am to register and get your breaky and bubbly.
Wimbledon pick up: the Wimbledon Slug at 9am. Meet at 8:00-8:30am to register and get your breaky and bubbly.
What should I wear?
The dress code is pretty formal. In the Windsor enclosure, there is no set dress code. A few dont’s: fancy dress, novelty and branded / promotional clothing and replica sports shirts are not allowed.
What time does the bus head to the afterparty?
Around 18:30 we’ll head to the afterparty.
What is breakfast?
Yummy croissants with cheese and ham or veggie option.
Do women need to wear a hat or fascinator to get in?
Officially you don’t need to, but it’s kind of considered rude not to.
