9am – Doors open for check in.
10am – Check in closes.
10:30am – Buses start departing
12:30pm – Arrive at Ascot
2pm – Royal Precision – Queen goes around the racecourse waving to the crowd.
2:30pm – Races begin
5:30pm – Races end and the live entertainment begins.
7 30pm – Buses depart Ascot.
9:30pm – Buses arrive back in London and the afterparty begins!
3am – Afterparty ends

What should I wear?
The dress code is pretty formal. In the Windsor Enclosure, there is no set dress code. A few dont’s: fancy dress, novelty and branded / promotional clothing and replica sports shirts are not allowed. The Queen Anne enclosure is a bit more fancy, a strict formal dress code applies.
What tickets are included?
There are two tickets on offer, Windsor and Queen Anne. Windsor has sold out.
What time does the bus head to the afterparty?
Around 7.30pm we’ll head to the afterparty.
Do women need to wear a hat or fascinator to get in?
Officially you don’t need to, but it’s kind of considered rude not to.
