Detailed Itinerary of 2018, still to be confirmed for 2019
4th – 5th July
Stoke campsite opens for business! The rest of the day you have free time for optional activities. Stoke Suggestion: Chill by the pool, enjoy a cold beer or ten or check out central Pamplona. Dinner is served nightly and there will be a massive campsite party as always.
6th July
From 9am, there will be guides to take to you to Pamplona for the opening ceremony.
At 12pm, the opening ceremony, or ‘El Chupinazo’, takes place in the main square. A rocket is fired to signal the start of the festival. Return that evening for included dinner or enjoy the festivities in town. There’ll be a huge fireworks display tonight and every other night of San Fermines.
7th – 8th July
5am – An early morning for all the bull runners, who head into town to take part in the first run, or ‘encierro’. You must be in the run by 7am to secure a spot in the madness. This is always the biggest (and most dangerous) run.
8am – 12pm – Hot breakfast at camp
10am: Doors and bar open for Stoked in the Park. There’ll be live music, yoga, 3 different bars, beer pong tournaments and so much more. With Art Vs Science headlining, this is a weekend that can’t be missed!
8pm – 10pm Dinner at campsite
11pm – See more fireworks or head into town for endless fiestas.
9th – 14th July
8am – 12pm Hot breakfast
9am – 10pm -Free time to check out Pamplona jump on our our walking tours or hang out in our town bar downing unlimited beer and sangria, making new friends, playing the best drinking games and dancing your socks off. . Join the locals celebrating in town, try some Spanish food and catch some brass bands parading around town. Have a siesta in the shade somewhere because you will probably be dancing and drinking all night later on.
8 – 10pm Dinner at campsite
At 00:00 on 14th July the festival ends. The closing ceremony is called Pobre de Mí and is signalled by a rocket being fired at the strike of midnight; this is when your pañuelo is removed and San Fermines winds down for another year. And when we say winds down, we mean goes out with a bang as the whole city parties for one more night.
Stoke Suggestions for Optional activities (not included):
- Wine tasting
- Fail at chatting up locals
- Fail at trying out the local lingo
- Suntan and chill at camp
- Walking tour of Pamplona
- Pamplona Running of the Bulls
Pamplona Campsite:
We are set up at the El Molino campsite, in the rolling hills of Navarra, just outside of the city. This is beautiful country and will give you a taster of real Spain, outside of the hyper-touristed centre of town in Pamplona. Being located out here gives us plenty of space to put on sporting events and live musical acts. Our space has a river running through it, plenty of trees for shade, large grassy chill-out areas, swimming pools for pool parties, or just for taking a dip, multiple bars and also a space for local produce vendors.
Our legendary riverside campsite is only a short hop from Pamplona centre by private coach. With tickets bookable on site for one way & return trips direct to Pamplona centre. For your arrival day book with us 48 hours in advance and we will have a seat for you on the Pamplona Express for only €5! Pick up times to be confirmed for 2019.

Alternatively jump in a taxi for around €40 from the centre of town to the campsite, it will take around 25 mins.
Hola! Chuck your thoughts and questions in the Ask a Question Tab and we’ll put up a helpful answer here…
Are the shuttles to and from the Bulls included in the price?
The camp is about a 30 minutes drive from town, so the campsite is providing shuttles into the bull run. This is not included in the price, but we will send guides in with you to make sure get the best spot in the run or the stadium. The buses will be running frequently all day.
Do you provide transport to Zarautz for the beach camp?
Yes, we are doing buses to the beach camp if you would like to stay there for a few days. The cost is €15 one way for the transfer. You can add this to your booking or book it at the Guru tent.
What is the breakfast like?
Brekkie varies according to our chefs’ whims. It usually involves egg and bacon in some form. Pancakes, french toast, poached, fried, scrambled… Yum!

We cater for vegetarians, so we can always just remove the animal-products and stuff you to the brim with fruits and veggies and starches…..whatever we do, we’ll make a plan for you.
Do we have the option of flying into Barcelona and taking one of your buses to the campsite?
Yes, you absolutely do. You can fly into Barcelona in time for the Weekend trip. You can also do the 24hr Bus trip to Bulls from Barcelona or just go one way on this bus and stay a few days and then do one way back. Have it your way. Email info@stoketravel.com any queries
It says on the website that it is a twin tent. Can it fit two people?

You get allocated your tent on arrival so you can make tent requests then. We also have an option to have a private tent for a small additional fee – just in case you don’t want to share… or if you want leave space for the hottie you’re going to meet at our campsite… just saying…
